Managed the launch of 'food delivery in train', including API development for user app, supply chain apps, CRM, CMS, and IRCTC Partner Integration, etc. while scaling systems from 0 to 3,000 orders per day.
Worked with the founder to automate supply chain processes, reducing manual work by 90%. -Streamlined user payment experience by developing Payment Service, increasing prepaid orders by ~20%.
Implemented event-driven Anomaly Detection and Escalation system for supply chain, processing 200k+ daily checks for 20+ anomalies reducing undeliveries.
Implemented microservice to Guarantee Idempotent execution of processes, enabling 1 lakh+ Idempotent processes per day with up to ~100 concurrent processes per second.
Developed Config Management tool, enabling on-the-fly service configuration changes. ~7,000 config read requests per minute.
